Three Stars of the Week
The Three Stars of the week for the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League for the week of Jan 6-11 are as follows:
1. Sonny Kabatay - No slowing this locomotive down as he registered 12 points with 7 goals and five assists in 2 games tis past week. He now has 30 goals and 63 points in 19 games this season for the Eskasoni Jr. Eagles.
2. A tie for 2nd star…..Justin Hardie and Jaden Hardie of the Sackville Blazers. The Blazers with a pair of wins saw Jaden Hardie record 3 goals and 3 assists while Justin Hardie also connected for 3 goals and 2 assists in wins over the Valley and Brookfield.
3. Thee third star of the week is Dante Basque of the Eskasoni Jr. Eagles. He recorded 5 assists in one of the two wins recorded by the Eagles.
