In his first season with the organization, Ian guided the Junior Eagles to a remarkable turnaround, improving the team by 14 wins and 26 points in the standings. Under his leadership, the Eagles remained in contention for first place in the Sid Rowe Division until the final weekend of the regular season. Ian’s strong debut behind the bench has now carried the team into the Division Final beginning this week.
