Your South Shore Lumberjacks are pleased to announce the signing of 2008-born Defenceman Jack Ogden, formerly of the King's-Edgehill Highlanders Prep. Jack hails from Toronto and has spent the past four seasons with the Highlanders and earned an affiliation opportunity with the Lumberjacks this past season, appearing in three games with our organization.

We are very excited to welcome Jack to the Lumberjacks for the upcoming season. He brings a physical, hard-hitting style while also possessing the skating ability and hockey sense to make smart plays in all areas of the ice.

Adding a player of Jack's character, work ethic and compete level to our defensive group is something we are very excited about. Our fans can expect him to bring a physical edge, high energy and plenty of 'jam' to his game. We are looking forward to seeing Jack take the next step in his development and make his mark in a Lumberjacks uniform this season.
