Eskasoni climbs to # 1 in Power Rankings
ime for the weekly feature of Power Rankings for the NSJHL. Power Rankings show where fans and teams can witness where their teams rank on a week by week basis and when they fall or reach a hot streak. For the Oct 14-Oct 20 week, the rankings go like this:

1. Eskasoni Jr. Eagles — Huge 4-0 win over defending Provincial Champions Antigonish. They also 5
have a +12 when it comes to goals for and goals against.
2. Port Hawkesbury — Improved to 3-1-0 with huge win over Membertou. 4
3. Capstone Colts — A shut-out win over the Leafs and an overtime win over East Hants 6
4. East Hants - Still have not lost in regulation and are at 3-0-2 despite overtime loss to Colts. 1
They still maintain a +12 in Goals For and Goals Against
5. Liverpool Privateers - They lost their first game of the season while climbing by Brookfield 2
by a goal.
6. Brookfield —— A pair of Games in which they won one 3-2 and lost one 3-2. 3
7. Pictou County Scotians — Are 2-0 after a big 8-4 win over the Cumberland County Blues 8
8. Sackville Blazers — Are now 2-2-1 after knocking off the Liverpool Privateers 6-2 9
9. Antigonish AA Munro Jr. Bulldogs — With their season finally up and running, they went 1-1-0 12
losing their home opener via a shut-out and then rallying
to defeat the Membertou Jr. Miners
10. Membertou Jr. Miners — Lost a pair of games to Port Hawkesbury and Antigonish 7
11. Cumberland County Blues — At 1-5-0 and still seeking that 2nd win. 10
12. Valley Maple Leafs — Solid Game against Brookfield but are now 0-5-0 and have to 11
do something to address their scoring issues having scored 5 in 5 games,
