Two games Ppd.

The Brookfield Elks and Sackville Blazers were set to square off Monday night in Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League play but due to the heavy snowfall throughout a significant portion of Nova Scotia, it has now been postponed and will be made up in the New Year.

As well, the South Shore Lumberjacks were forced to postpone their game in Membertou yesterday due to a flu bug which hit the team hard and as a result they were unable to ice enough players for the Sunday night make-up game.  The League constitution stipulates all teams must play 32 regular season games or face discipline, unless directed other wise by the League Executive.  Time will be tight going into the final two months of the regular season, however, unless the Executive decides otherwise, the game will have to be squeezed in at some point between now and the end of February.
