Antigonish with 2 wins remain atop power rankings

With only one weekend remaining prior to the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League’s Christmas Break, there were some exceptionally competitive games between Nov 29 and December 5 while the Eskasoni Jr. Eagles suffered a blow-out in Bridgewater against the South Shore Lumberjacks.  Here are the power-rankings for the week of Nov 29-Dec 5/23.                                                                                                                               LW

2.  East Hants Penguins — two wins including one over the Maple Leafs                4
 
3.  Pictou County — 1-0-1 on the week, including 6-5 OT loss to Jr. Miners          —
 
4.  Capstone Colts — Now trail East Hants by 3 points but won 7-4 win in Strait     6                  
 
5.  South Shore Lumberjacks -  now tied with Sackville for 3rd                                     3
 
6.  Membertou Jr. Miners — Won against Scotians 6-5 in OT                                           5
