Egg Farmers of Nova Scotia join with NSJHL
The Nova Scotia Junior Hockey is honoured to have the Egg Farmers of Nova Scotia as a contributor and promoter of our the league for the 2024-25 season.
An Egg is called Nature’s Perfect Food and a large one contains 6 Grams of Protein. The 25 Egg Farmers in Nova Scotia supply Nova Scotians with a stable supply of fresh high-quality and locally produced eggs and assist by helping communities and organizations across Nova Scotia.
Egg Farmers of Nova Scotia with their Head Office in Truro will be awarding player of the week prizes as well as the player chosen to have their very best during the months of the regular season. Three players from each division will be selected each week in a # 1, #2 and #3 fashion. Points will be awarded based on 5 points for # 1, 3 points for #2 and 1 point for # 3. The points will be tabulated at the end of each month and the player with the most points will be named player of the month and awarded 5 dozen eggs from the Eggs Farmers of Nova Scotia. The players named number 1 in their respective divisions on a weekly basis will be receiving 2 dozen eggs.
