The Three Stars of the Week in the second to last week of the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey Regular Season are as follows:
1. Thomas Kennalley — Pictou County Scotians — scored three times in three critically needed wins for the Scotians
2. Justin Hardie — Sackville Blazers — He did not record a point in the Blazers 4-1 win over the Colts but he paced the way, as he played the game of his life with his skating, hitting and checking.
3. A tie for third place to two teammates — Andrew McCarron who recorded 3 goals and 3 assists in the Jr. Miners two wins and Nathaniel Fuller who notched a pair and recorded 3 assists as the Jr. Miners went to the final week before being eliminated from the playoffs.
